We offer a wide range of customization services that can be applied to both our store wigs and your personal human or synthetic wigs! We are committed to providing ongoing support to our customers beyond the initial purchase, addressing any needs that may arise.

Please note that all services, except resales, highlights, hairline customization, SOME HAIRCUT STYLES, and hair replacement, are available for any brand and are not exclusive to Dhair wigs. Order procession time is shown for received items. In-person appointment delivered Items - you will get a price quotation straight away.

NB!! In-person appointment handed-in wigs/hairpieces usually take a lot less time to process.

GENERAL WIG MAINTENANCE

Wash and Style (750kr):

• Do you love the way your wig looks and feels right after purchase?
• Send your wig in for a wash and style, and the team will wash, deep condition, and style your wig for you!
• Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.

Knot Toning (1150 kr):

• Adjusts brassy or yellow/orange knots on your lace top (not the entire wig).
• Includes wash, deep conditioning, and styling.
• Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.

Clip-In Extensions. (450 kr)

Making your old extensions in clip-in extensions, or a clip-on hairpiece (for clip-on hairpiece, price after consultation) - We like to say, Do Not Lose it, Please Reuse it.

  CAP ALTERATIONS & SIZING

Silicone Addition (690 kr):

Transforms any wig or topper into a medical cap with the addition of silicone lining added to the cap! This is great for extra security and/or comfort if you have total hair loss but can also be worn by those who have hair. (Takes 5-6 weeks upon receiving.)

Fabric Liner (1250 kr):

Add a fabric/silicone liner to the inside of your cap under the lace top. This add-on helps with the durability of the lace (will prevent wear and tear), creates the appearance of a brighter "scalp," adds more coverage to bio hair, and adds extra grip due to the silicone. The transition from the liner to the lace front is seamless. (Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.)

Resizing (1250 kr):

Make any wig smaller - we do not currently offer options for making the cap larger. Provide us with your measurements, and the wig will be resized to fit your individual needs. Takes up to 3 weeks upon receiving.

Cap Size Replacement (3500 kr):

Want to change the cap size of your wig without alterations? This service replaces the cap with your preferred size while maintaining the same look as the wig. This is a good option for those who want a large change in sizing down. For example, changing an XL to an S. We can also make small replacements for sizing up. For example, changing a small to a medium or a medium to a large. (Takes about 6-8 weeks upon receiving.)

HAIR CUTS - WIG CUTS.

Haircut (1250 kr):

• The service includes a full haircut (On wigs and Bio Hair).
• Inspiration photos must be sent in for approval before the service is accepted.
• This also applies to ``in-salon `` wig or hairpiece customization cutting. Please try to be as specific as possible with haircut requests. (Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.)

Bang Trim (550 kr):

The service includes only bang trims, NOT a full haircut. Our team can create any bang style that you'd like - curtain bangs, wispy bangs, blunt bangs, etc. Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.

Removing Weight/Unbulking (550 kr):

This service is to remove weight/thin out your wig. Takes 2-3 weeks upon receiving.

WIG/HAIR PIECE COLORING.

Rooting Service/Adding darker root:

• Wig - from 1500kr,
• Hair topper - 800-1200kr,
• Hair extensions - 900kr (pricing for 100g)

Adding Highlights and/or Lowlights: 800kr-3200kr (For Wigs, Hairpieces and Extensions)

(depends on hair length and density) This service allows the addition of highlights to make the hairpiece lighter. Or to add in lowlights by creating a more color play in your hair.

Color revitalization. 800kr - 5000kr - (For Wigs, Hairpieces and Extensions)

• Renewing base color, and brassy tones

Reverse Balayage. 2500kr - 5500kr

UNIT HAIR REPLACEMENT

Lace top Wig Hair Replacement: Over time and with lots of wear, lace top wigs can become sparse in some areas. We offer hair replacement services to fill any sparse areas and extend the life of your wig. The price is dependent on the amount of hair needed to be replaced, so please email us for a quote.

Hairline Customization: We also offer a customized hairline. This service is made to quotation. And we will need more pictures provided for that. Perfect for those who have no standard hairline and need a lot of customization in this.

Please note:

• If you were to purchase a wig and then send in an email request for an add-on service such as the silicone addition or bang trim before shipment, the wig would become FINAL SALE!
• You can have an in-person wig consultation and drop off, but please book your time as we do not have drop-ins at our Salon.
• Shipping is extra. If You choose us to restyle your unit, please choose the ``Help My Hairpiece `` product. You will order a shipment for your hairpiece. Once we will receive it, we will inspect it and have a fast consultation on what would you like for it to be done, aswel as our advice on what we think is good to do.

  HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES

We are proud to say, that DHair Basement is the only place in Norway offering high-level hair extension customization solutions. We understand that each client is an individual, and that is why we offer individually tailored solutions. We combine 2-3 extension techniques to get the best blend for each of our customers.

To understand if you are a right fit for extensions please book a consultation 550kr(30min)

That is booked through our booking service. You will be provided some questions to answer, for us to be prepared for your arrival. It is OK to write answers in Norwegian, even if the questions are stated in English.

At the consultation be prepared to discuss if you really need extensions, and what is the exact solution for your hair. Please be aware that we can put you through a hair-healing process if we find that your hair is too damaged or too weak at the moment to have hair extensions.

The Techniques we use for our hair extension services.

DHAIR WEAVE:

• We use Hand-tied extensions for this technique, as they are more lightweight and not too bulky. Ar your hair health is our priority, then this is the safest weft type to use if you have fine hair. and it works great for thick hair as well.
• ONE TRACK CONSISTS OF 50-100G (2-4 weft tracks) OF HAIR.
• The first appointment you pay for the hair. then only the resetting price which is 850kr per row, 450kr half row. Reset is required 6-10 weeks
• Weft Pricing per lenght and piece: 40cm - 670kr, 50cm - 840kr, 60cm - 1360kr

DHAIR TAPES:

• We only work with professional quality tape extensions, for the most natural hair texture and color blend.
• Tapes are charged by piece, so you do not need to buy a full package to fill in your hair. You only pay for the used amount. Reset is required every 8-12 weeks.
• Tape lengths and pricing per piece - 40cm - 200kr, 50cm - 220kr, 60cm - 270kr

DHAIR Bonds:

• Perfect for ADDING HAIR in the hairline, and evening out blunt cut lines. Blending out curtain bangs.
• Bonds are our number one choice to combine with weft extensions.
• They work perfectly hand in hand in the reset scenarios. If the base is done with wefts, keratin bonds only need to be reset every 3-6 months. That gives a perfect space to reset the wefts without a need to touch the bonds. There might be a need to add in new bonds throughout this period if some have slid out.
• Keratin Bonds are charged by piece, so there is no need to pay for a package. You only pay for what was used. Reset Requires every 3-5 months.
• Keratin Bond length and pricing per piece - 40cm - 60kr, 50cm - 115kr, 60cm - 135kr.
