We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Washing your synthetic wig. 
1) Before washing, gently brush the wig thoroughly with a wig brush. For wigs with a tight curl, do not brush, use fingers and gently remove tangles.
2) Use wig shampoo specially formulated for synthetic wigs. Mix 2 capfuls of shampoo with cold water in a sink or basin. Max water temperature, not higher than 30 Celsius.
3) Turn the wig inside out and slowly sink it in the shampoo water. Gently swirl it and let it soak for 5 minutes.
4) Rinse the wig gently in cold water, still having it turned inside out. This should be done for at least 2 minutes, or once you see all residue from the shampoo is removed.
4) Gently press off excess water
5) Wrap it in the towel. Gently squeeze it
6) Turn the wig back to its original form
7) Place it on a wig stand
8) Brush it only after it is dry
9)After it has dried you can apply detangling spray for synthetic wigs. 
Things to avoid:
1) Avoid rubbing, twisting, or wringing your wig.
2) Avoid brushing or touching your wig when it is wet from water, steam, rain, snow, excessive spraying, or perspiration.
3) Avoid placing your wig on a styling head while it is wet as this can stretch and ruin the wig cap. Use a wig stand instead!
4) Heat styling is higher than the recommended temperature.
